Our 45 minute Adult training sessions are designed to cater to the needs of men and woman of all ages, skill and fitness levels. These are a perfect fit for the parent, friend, or family member who drops their athlete off for practice or skills. What better way to utilize your time by getting in your own workout. Each small group training session will be led by one of our educated and motivated staff. Each session will begin with soft tissue work as well as mobility drills and active stretching to prepare the body for the strength training session. Our programs will help to increase upper and lower body strength, power and flexibility as well as working to enhance your cardiovascular fitness. Each training session is designed to work the entire body in a safe and functional way while helping each adult reach their personal fitness goals.

Private One on One Training

Our private one on one training programs will consist of soft-tissue and mobility work, as well as a dynamic warm-up. Following the warm-up, our trainers will safely take clients through a strength training program to help reach their fitness goals. Whether it's recovering from an injury, increase in strength or weight loss our trainers will customize each program while motivating and keeping you accountable.
