SPRING / April 23rd-June 22nd

Our hockey training workouts consists of functional training, strength training and conditioning with a strong focus on proper mechanics during the lifts. The workout becomes more intense as each movement/lift is perfected. All groups are lead by our head strength and conditioning coach to ensure proper form, technique and muscle development.

FORWARD/DEFENSE

  • SPEED
    Acceleration, Deceleration, Linear and Lateral Movement Techniques, Running Mechanics, Footwork
  • EXPLOSIVE POWER
    Olympic Lifting, Plyometrics, Medicine Ball, and more
  • STRENGTH
    functional training with  Focus on Upper Body, Lower Body & Core
  • CONDITIONING
    Game Ready Preparation for all Athletes
  • FLEXIBILITY
    Myofascial Release (Foam Rolling), Various Forms of Stretching, Muscle Activation
  • INJURY REDUCTION
    Identify & Correct Muscular Imbalances, Balance & Stabilization

GOALTENDERS

The goaltender program is specifically designed for motivated goaltenders to provide an environment where goalies are able to train throughout the spring with their peers while receiving high-level instruction from professional coaches. On-ice training consists of a combination of skating drills, techniques and strategies, puck handling and competition.
