Our hockey training workouts consists of functional training, strength training and conditioning with a strong focus on proper mechanics during the lifts. The workout becomes more intense as each movement/lift is perfected. All groups are lead by our head strength and conditioning coach to ensure proper form, technique and muscle development.

The goaltender program is specifically designed for motivated goaltenders to provide an environment where goalies are able to train throughout the spring with their peers while receiving high-level instruction from professional coaches. On-ice training consists of a combination of skating drills, techniques and strategies, puck handling and competition.
