PowerPlay Strength and Conditioning was built to give athletes and adults the advantage. We offer a competitive and fun environment for people of all fitness levels to reach their goals. Each training session will consist of foam rolling, a dynamic warm-up, mobility and range of motion exercises to prepare the body for the strength training portion. From there we focus on functional training, single leg exercises, core and anti-rotational work. We work to make sure each individual gets the coaching and attention they deserve as well as modifications needed. Proper form, technique and safety is our main goal as well as making individuals stronger and more confident.
